Vidya Balan received a Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award today. The actor who has played different roles in films like Paa, Kahaani, No One Killed Jessica and The Dirty Picture was elated and said that everyone is feeling very happy and proud. As for her, she's just feeling grateful. With a film award, there is a nomination process, so one knows there's a possibility. Here, there was nothing of the sort. It was a wonderful surprise.
