Aditya Pancholi caught in another assault case

Aditya Pancholi had been arrested for assaulting a bouncer outside a nightclub in March 2015. He was out on bail after paying a bail amount of Rs 50,000. He has been facing trial for the past two years. This is not the first time Aditya has been in trouble. In 2003, he was booked for attacking his neighbor following a parking brawl at his housing society in Versova. Last year, he had allegedly roughed up a woman journalist for asking uncomfortable questions about his son, Sooraj Pancholi. The Bandra metropolitan court has acquitted Aditya from the assault case, which was registered with the Santacruz police in 2015. The court observed that the evidence provided against Pancholi were not conclusive enough to prove him guilty.
