PAANI PURI MASALA Ingredients 2 ½ tablespoons dried mint powder 3 teaspoons salt ½ teaspoons sugar ½ teaspoon citric acid crystals 1 tablespoon roasted cumin seeds (jeera) 3 tablespoons dried mango powder (amchur) 6 teaspoons black salt Method 1. Grind together dried mint powder, salt, sugar, citric acid crystals, cumin seeds, dried mango powder and black salt into fine powder. 2. Store in an air-tight container and use as required.
