GREEN GARLIC HUMMUS
Ingredients
4-5 tbsps roughly chopped green garlic stalks
2-3 tbsps roughly chopped green garlic bulbs 1½ cups boiled chickpeas
2 tbsps tahini
2-3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil + to drizzle
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup boiled chickpea water
Finely chopped green garlic stalks to sprinkle
Lavash for serving
Method
1. Take boiled chickpeas in a grinder jar. Add green garlic stalks green garlic bulbs tahini extra virgin olive oil salt and lemon juice chickpea water and grind to smooth paste.
2. Transfer in a serving bowl drizzle extra virgin olive oil sprinkle green garlic stalks and serve with lavash.
