CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT MILKSHAKE Ingredients For one portion 5-6 strawberries 1½ cups + a scoop of chocolate ice cream 8-10 hazelnuts 1½ cups soy milk 1 chocolate stick 1 chocolate wafer biscuit Chopped hazelnut for topping Method 1. Hull and roughly chop 3-4 strawberries. Hull and slice remaining strawberries 2. Blend together 1½ cups chocolate ice cream, chopped strawberries, hazelnuts and soy milk into a smooth mixture. 3. Pour the milkshake into a tall serving glass. Put a scoop of chocolate ice cream, place some strawberry slices, chocolate stick, crushed chocolate wafer biscuit and top with some chopped hazelnut. 4.
