COOKIE DELIGHT
Ingredients
2 cups refined flour (maida)
½ cup butter
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup cornflour
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Icing sugar for dusting
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180˚C. Line a baking tray with a parchment paper.
2. Cream together butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add cornflour and ¼ cup refined flour and fold well.
3. Add vanilla essence and blend well. Add remaining refined flour and mix till well incorporated.
4. Transfer the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
5. Pipe out portions on the lined tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
6. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
