Fun to have this delightful crumbly pastry as the cream chocolate and peanut butter stuffed in it gushes out. CHOCOLATE BOMB Ingredients 1 cup melted milk chocolate 1½ cups refined flour (maida) ¼ cup oil + for greasing 1 tbsp castor sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 2-3 tbsps creamy peanut butter ¾ cup fresh cream Method 1. Take ½ cup warm water in a bowl add refined flour oil castor sugar vanilla essence and mix till well combined. Knead into the soft dough. Cover the dough with cling wrap and set aside for 10-15 minutes. 2. Take milk chocolate in bowl add peanut butter fresh cream and mix well. Keep this in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 3. Preheat the oven at 200°C. 4. Divide dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. Grease the worktop with oil. 5. Roll each portion into a disc add the chocolate mixture in the center and bring the edges into center and seal it properly. Trim off the excess dough. 6. Flip the stuffed dough and arrange on a lined baking tray. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. 7. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 6-8 minutes. 8. Bring the baking tray out of the oven and place the chocolate bomb on a serving plate and serve.
