CHARRED CINNAMON SUGAR RUBBED BANANAS
Ingredients
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ cup castor sugar
2-4 bananas
1 tablespoon butter
3-4 tablespoons chocolate shavings
Colourful edible sprinklers for garnishing
Vanilla ice cream for serving
Method
1. Halve bananas and peel.
2. Take castor sugar onto a plate. Add cinnamon powder and mix well.
3. Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
4. Coat the bananas with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place coated bananas on hot butter and cook from both sides for a minute. Transfer onto a serving plate.
5. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnished with chocolate shavings and colourful sprinklers.
Preparation Time: 5-8 minutes
Cooking Time: 2-5 minutes
