CHAPAT Ingredients 1� cups refined flour 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence � cup castor sugar 1 tablespoon semolina 1 tablespoon ghee + for greasing and basting 1� cups milk 6-7 almonds 1 tablespoon chironji Method 1. Break eggs in a bowl. Add vanilla essence and castor sugar and whisk till sugar melts. 2. Add semolina and sieve in flour and whisk. Add 1 tablespoon ghee and whisk. Add milk and whisk well to make a smooth batter. 3. Finely chop 3-4 almonds and add to batter along with chironji and mix well. 4. Heat a non-stick tawa and grease with some ghee. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread to make a thin disc and roast on both sides till golden specks appear, basting with some ghee. Similarly, repeat the process and prepare with remaining batter. 5.
