Prepare this dish and pair it with hot fluffy puris or steaming rice for an irresistible combo that will leave you craving for more. 🥔🌿 PUDINE WALE ALOO Ingredients 1 cup chopped fresh mint leaves (pudina) 300 grams baby potatoes boiled drained and peeled 2 tbsps ghee 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 green chillies slit Salt to taste ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur) ¼ cup roasted peanuts coarsely crushed 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds Fresh mint sprigs for garnish Method 1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add green chillies and baby potatoes and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add salt turmeric powder and mix well. 2. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Add mint leaves and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add dried mango powder roasted peanuts and toasted white sesame seeds and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Serve hot garnished mint sprigs.
