SESAME CRUSTED CHINESE SPICED CHICKEN Ingredients ¼ cup toasted white sesame seeds 1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder 4-6 boneless chicken thighs Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste 1 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce Method 1. Take chicken on a plate. Sprinkle salt, crushed peppercorns and five spice powder and rub well. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Placechicken and cook from both sides for 7-8 minutes. 3. Add sweet chilli sauce and mix well. Add sesame seeds and mix well. 4. Serve hot garnished with parsley sprigs.
