CHILLI CHEESE KULCHA
Ingredients
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
100 grams blue cheese
1½ cups refined flour (maida)
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
2½ tablespoons butter
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Melted ghee for brushing
Method
1. Mix together flour baking powder sugar salt butter and milk in a bowl and knead to a soft dough. Set aside for 40 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 180˚ C.
3. Mix together blue cheese coriander leaves chillies and crushed peppercorns in another bowl and set aside.
4. Divide the dough into equal portions stuff with some cheese mixture and roll out into medium thick discs or kulchas.
5. Place the kulchas on a baking tray and brush with some ghee. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
