Here?s a simple Indian dish that?s easy to make, watch this video to find out the recipe for French Bean Sabzi 5Click to Subscribe: http://bit.ly/1h0pGXf http://www.facebook.com/ChefSanjeevKapoor https://twitter.com/sanjeevkapoor FRENCH BEANS SABZI Ingredients 10-12 French beans, stringed and chopped 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon cumin seeds ½ teaspoon asafoetida 2 green chillies, roughly chopped 1 medium onion, chopped ½ teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 teaspoon sugar 3 tablespoons scraped fresh coconut + for garnishing Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add cumin seeds, asafetida and green chillies and sauté for half a minute. Add onion and turmeric powder and sauté for two minutes. 2. Add French beans and sauté. Reduce heat, cover and cook for two to three minutes. 3. Open lid, add salt and sugar and mix well. Cover again and cook till the French beans are tender. 4. Add coconut and mix well and switch of heat. 5. Transfer into a serving dish, garnish with coconut and serve hot as a side dish.
