Varun Dhawan plays an unusual role that of a tailor - in his next film, YRFs Sui Dhaaga Made in India. He had to play his part as authentically as possible and in some of the portions of the film, he was required to catch a crowded bus. Varun reveals that buses are always overcrowded in small towns and it is quite a fight to board one. There is a scene in which he has to push himself into the bus to be with his wife. The director wanted to make the scene as real as possible and instructed the other actors to make it as difficult for him as possible to get inside it. It became a very physical scene. They were pushing aggressively and trying to make room. He fell down a couple of times on the road also. And this wasnt the end of Varuns bus woes. Then the next scene required him to chase the bus as he had not been able to enter it. He gave this shot about 10 times. After these 10 takes, he vomited on the road too. But it was worth the pain.
