CHOCOLATE GOOEY CUPCAKES Ingredients 1 cup refined flour (maida) ¼ cup cocoa powder ½ cup + 2 tablespoons butter ¾ cup castor sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ cup yogurt ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon coffee powder ¾ cup milk ¼ cup chopped walnuts 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips Icing sugar for dusting Method 1. Preheat oven to 180° C. 2. Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl using an electric beater. Add yogurt and whisk well. 3. Sieve together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and coffee powder and fold well. 4. Add milk and mix. Add walnuts and dark chocolate chips and mix well. 5. Place individual silicon cupcake moulds on a baking tray and put the batter into the moulds filling ¾ and tap. 6. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
