Chatakdaar limbachi chutney will bring that chatpata blast of flavour to your meal. Made with lemons and a few other chatpate ingredients this chutney is sweet sour and spicy all at the same time so try now.
LIMBACHI CHUTNEY
Ingredients
12-15 lemons
1 tsp red chilli powder
Black salt to taste
1 cup chopped jaggery
Method
1. Cut the lemons in half and further cut each half into quarters. Remove the seeds.
2. Transfer the lemons in a mixer jar and grind to a coarse mixture.
3. Heat a pan add the ground mixture red chilli powder black salt and mix well. Add jaggery mix and cook for 10-12 minutes or till the jaggery melts and the mixture thickens.
4. Switch the heat off and allow to cool completely.
5. Serve as required.
