DAHI WALE PYAZ
Ingredients
1 cup yogurt (dahi)
3 medium white onions (pyaz)
1 light green chilli
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
Method
1. Halve the white onions and thinly slice them. Lightly crush the slices with your hand and transfer into a bowl.
2. Finely chop green chilli and add into the same bowl. Add coriander leaves salt and lemon juice. Stir in the yogurt till well combined. Place this bowl into a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Transfer into a serving bowl.
