INDIAN STYLE CHICKEN MEATBALL ROLL Ingredients 450 grams chicken mince 2 X 6 inches hotdog buns Oil for deep-frying and greasing 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste ¼ cup fried onions 2 teaspoonschaatmasala Salt to taste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoonbiryanimasala 8-10 fresh mint leaves 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves 1 egg 1 teaspoon butter + as required 1 medium green capsicum, cut into juliennes 1 medium onion, sliced 1 tablespoon green chutney + as required Method 1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 2. Grind chicken, ginger-garlic paste, fried onions, 1 teaspoon chaatmasala, salt, chilli powder, biryanimasala and torn mint leaves to a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl. 3. Add chopped coriander and egg and mix well. 4. Grease your palms with some oil. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls. 5. Deep-dry each ball in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 6. Slit hotdog buns. 7. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a non-stick pan. 8. Spreadsome butter inside and outside the buns, place them on hot pan and roast for a minute equally from both sides. Transfer onto the worktop. 9. To prepare salad, take capsicum in a bowl. Add onion, remaining chilli powder, salt, remaining chaatmasala and 1 tablespoon green chutney and mix well. 10. Spreadsome green chutney on the base of roasted buns. Put some salad mixture and meatballs on top and cover with the top halves. 11. Serve immediately.
