Impress your tastebuds with an interesting mithai loaded with the sweet goodness of fresh coconut 🥥 and tangyness of the tropical delight🍍 Hurry up and make some Fresh Nariyal and Pineapple Barfi today! 🍍🥥🌟 FRESH NARIYAL AND PINEAPPLE BURFI Ingredients 2 cups freshly scraped coconut 4 tinned pineapple slices 2 tbsps ghee + to grease 1 cup sugar A pinch of green cardamom powder 2 tbsps powdered sugar Method 1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan add coconut and saute. 2. Grind pineapple slices and add to the coconut and mix well. Add sugar and stir till sugar melts. 3. Add green cardamom powder and mix. Cook till all the moisture is absorbed and the mixture forms a lump. 4. Add powdered sugar and mix well. 5. Grease an aluminium burfi tray with ghee and transfer the coconut mixture onto it. Spread it evenly and set aside to cool. 6. Cut into squares and serve.
