GREEK MASHED POTATOES Ingredients 3-4 medium potatoes peeled and cut into 1inch pieces Salt to taste 2 tbsps butter 2-3 tbsps fresh cream 2-3 tbsps grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsps black olives chopped 2 tbsps parsley chopped ½ tsp crushed peppercorns A pinch sumac powders + for garnish Method 1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add 2 cups water potatoes salt and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or till the potatoes are soft. 2. Pass the potato mixture through the Stainer and add into the same pan. 3. Add butter fresh cream parmesan cheese mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the heat 4.
