FARALI BHAJIYA
Ingredients
2 medium potatoes peeled and grated
¼ cup amaranth flour (rajgira)
¼ cup barnyard millet (samo) flour
2-3 tbsps roasted unsalted peanuts powder
1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1-2 green chillies chopped
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method
1. Mix together potatoes peanuts powder white sesame seeds black pepper powder roasted cumin powder green chillies coriander leaves rock salt amaranth flour and barnyard millet flour in a large bowl.
2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in small portions of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
3. Serve hot.
