That Emraan Hashmi is set to reprise former Indian cricket captain Mohammed Azharuddin on the big screen is known to all. In fact, the B-town hunk has been preparing for the role for a long time now. While Hashmi has been part of this venture since the very beginning, we hear Nargis Fakhri is now on board as well. The makers of the biopic have signed her to play Azaruddin?s second wife Sangeeta Bijlani in the film. Earlier, rumours were rife that Kareena Kapoor Khan was approached for the role however it seems things didn?t work out.
