NO BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE
Ingredients
160 grams Sugarfree Dark Chocolate
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 brown bread slices
2 digestive biscuits
12 measures Sugar Free Green
1¼ cups unsweetened whipped cream
½ cup cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Transfer the bread slices and biscuits in a grinder jar and grind to a coarse powder.
2. Transfer in a bowl. Add 4 measures sugar free green ¼ cup whipped cream and mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture in a greased loose bottom cake tin and press well.
4. Heat sufficient water in a deep nonstick pan and place a glass bowl over. Add Sugarfree Dark Chocolate and allow to melt. Take the bowl off the heat add peanut butter and mix well. Add cream cheese vanilla extract and mix well.
5. Add Sugar Free Green remaining whipped cream and mix with light hands.
6. Transfer the chocolate mixture over bread base and spread evenly.
7. Refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours.
8. Cut into wedges and serve.
