SHRIKHAND WITH CARAMALISED WALNUTS
Ingredients
3 cups hung yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
8-10 walnuts, roughly chopped
¾ cup powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
Few saffron strands
1 tablespoon milk
Method
1. Heat a non-stick pan. Add sugar and walnuts, mix and cook till the sugar caramelizes. Transfer on a plate lined with parchment paper.
