A unique and innovative way of making the most popular recipe of Chicken Nuggets by using a satay sticks.
CHICKEN NUGGETS STICK
Ingredients
500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 eggs
Dried breadcrumbs for coating
Oil for deep-frying
Method
1. Put chicken cubes in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
2. Skewer chicken pieces onto satay sticks.
3. Beat eggs with salt.
4. Dip skewers in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and dip once again in beaten eggs.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry sticks till chicken is fully cooked and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
