Chicken Tawa Kebabs marinated in some flavourful spicy masala and shallow fried on to perfection on a tawa taste extraordinary when paired with chutney. Have fun with these home-made simple yet delicious kebabs now!
CHICKEN TAWA KEBAB
Ingredients
250 grams fine chicken mince
1½ tbsps ginger garlic paste
2-3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
1½ tbsps cashew nut paste
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1 medium onion chopped
Oil for shallow frying + for greasing
Onion rings for serving
Lemon wedge for serving
Green chutney for serving
Method
1. Take chicken mince in a bowl add ginger garlic paste coriander cashew nut paste garam masala powder salt and onion and mix well.
2. Apply little oil on your palms and shape the mixture into a patty.
3. Heat a nonstick tawa. Add oil and arrange the prepared kebabs. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
4. Flip and cook for 4-5 minutes on other side as well.
5. Drain on absorbent paper.
6. Transfer on a serving plate and serve hot with onion rings lemon wedges and green chutney.
