Here is an interesting named dish. Watch this video to learn how to make Chicken Wrapped Prawns. CHICKEN WRAPPED PRAWNS Ingredients 250 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips 12-16 prawns, shelled and deveined with tails intact 1 tablespoon oil + for deep-frying 2 teaspoons cornstarch Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste ½ teaspoon red chilli powder 1 egg 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 2 green chillies, chopped 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon soy sauce 4-5 fresh basil leaves + for garnishing Method 1. Insert a toothpick through each prawn. Wrap the prawns with the chicken strips. Set aside. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. 3. Combine cornstarch, salt, crushed peppercorns, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder and egg in a bowl. Whisk well with a little water to make a smooth batter. 4. Dip the chicken wrapped prawns in the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden. Drain on absorbent paper. 5. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till light golden. 6. Add green chillies, mix and sauté. Add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and soy sauce, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. 7. Add little water and mix well. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, torn basil leaves and fried wrapped prawns. Mix well and cook for a minute. 8. Garnish with basil leaves and serve hot with salad leaves.
