Salman Khan who is busy promoting his upcoming film 'Bharat' in every nook and corner of the nation, has been taken to High Court due to the title of the film by an Indian. Vipin Tyagi has filed a petition against the film in High Court demanding the name change for the film. In his plea he said the Title 'Bharat' as per Section 3 of Emblems and Name (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, cannot be used for commercial purposes. He further said that in a promo line where Salman compares himself to a Nation Bharat (India) is not right either. Such a comparison hurts the patriotic sentiments of fellow Indians. Vipin then added - "This film is fraught with Salman's typical flippancy and vulgarity. Being a 'Bharatiya', I feel it is not appropriate to name such film or any character associated with this film after our great nation". Bharat film was slated to be released on 5th of June on occasion of Eid, but now has been circled into legal issues. Bharat film along with Salman has Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Tabu and Sunil Grover. Do you guys agree to Vipin's Plea? Let us know in comments below!
