After December 2014, Sanjay Dutt will be out of the Yerwada jail on a 30-day parole. In June, Dutt had applied for parole citing his daughter?s illness. The parole application of the actor was okayed by the Pune divisional commissioner two days back and the actor will soon be back with his family after finishing his surety formalities. As per reports, the 30-day parole can be extended for another 60 days. If this happens, the actor will be with his family for the next three months. The actor has been serving his jail term after he was booked in the case for possession of illegal weapons as well as destruction of evidence under the Arms Act in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case.
