DABELI SLIDERS
Ingredients
2 medium potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
1½ tbsps dabeli masala
8 slider buns
2 tsps oil
1 medium onion chopped + to sprinkle
1 tbsp red chilli-garlic chutney
Salt to taste
1 tbsp date and tamarind chutney
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves + to sprinkle
1 tsp lemon juice
Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread as required
Masala peanuts to sprinkle
Fresh pomegranate pearls to sprinkle
Nylon sev to sprinkle
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
2. Add potatoes red chilli-garlic chutney dabeli masala ½ cup water and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add salt date and tamarind chutney coriander lemon juice and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Slit the slider buns horizontally. Heat a nonstick tawa and toast the slider buns till crisp.
5. Apply Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread on the buns.
6. Spread a generous portion of the prepared masala on lower halves of the buns.
7. Sprinkle masala peanuts onions coriander pomegranate pearls nylon sev and cover with other halves.
8. Serve hot.
