RED CHILLI GARLIC CHUTNEY
Ingredients
10-12 dried red chillies
8-10 garlic cloves
Oil for applying
2 tsps lemon juice
Salt to taste
½ tsp cumin seeds
Method
1. Apply some oil on your fingers and deseed the dried red chillies. Transfer the chillies in a large bowl add sufficient water and soak for 2-3 hours.
2. Drain the soaked chillies and add into a mixer jar. Add garlic cloves lemon juice salt cumin seeds and ½ cup water and blend to a fine paste.
3. Transfer into a bowl and use as required.
