KURKURI GAVAR
Ingredients
2 cups dried cluster beans (gavar)
Oil for deep frying
Spice mix
1½ tsps red chilli powder
½ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
Black salt to taste
Method
1. To make the spice mix combine red chilli powder chaat masala dried mango powder coriander powder roasted cumin powder black salt and salt in a bowl.
2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai gently slide in the dried cluster beans in batches and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
3. Transfer the fried cluster beans in a bowl sprinkle some of the prepared spice mix and toss till well combined. Transfer into a serving bowl.
4. Serve.
