CHICKEN SUKKA
Ingredients
750 grams chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces on the bone
2 tablespoons oil
1½ tablespoons coarse ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 cup tomato-onion puree
1 tablespoon mixed masala
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander sprigs for garnishing
Method
1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves and tomato-onion puree and mix.
2. Add mixed masala and garam masala powder and chicken pieces and mix. Add salt, mix, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
3. Serve hot garnished with a coriander sprigs.
