JAMUN YOGURT SLUSH
Ingredients
15-20 jamuns, deseeded and lightly mashed
2 cups yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Ice cubes as required
Honey for drizzling
Chopped almonds and pistachios for sprinkling
Method
1. Put jamuns in individual serving wine glasses filing ¼ of it.
2. Blend together the yogurt, vanilla essence, lemon juice and powdered sugar to make a smooth mixture. Add some ice cubes and blend again.
3. Put the yogurt mixture on top of jamuns. Drizzle some honey and sprinkle some chopped almonds and pistachios on top.
4. Serve immediately.
