CHEESE PULL APART
Ingredients
40 grams English cheddar cheese
40 grams mozzarella cheese
1 multigrain artisan bread loaf
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
2. Cut cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese into 2 inch long thick strips.
3. Make criss-cross incisions on the bread without cutting through.
4. Break the cheddar cheese sticks and mozzarella cheese sticks and stuff the spaces in the bread alternatively with it.
5. Wrap the stuffed bread loaf in an aluminium foil.
6. Place the wrapped bread loaf on a baking tray. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and unwrap.
7. Serve hot.
Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes
