Refreshing chilled lemonade made using fresh jamuns.
JAMUN LEMONADE
Ingredients
2 cups jamun juice
4 tablespoons chopped jamun
Ice cubes as required
Black salt to taste
1 teaspoon chaat masala
4 tablespoons sugar syrup
Juice of 2 lemons
Fresh mint leaves as required
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Drinking soda for topping
Method
1. To prepare one portion, put some ice cubes, black salt, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 tablespoon sugar syrup and ½ cup jamun juice in a Boston shaker and shake well.
2. In an individual serving glass, add some ice cubes, 8-10 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon chopped jamun and 2-3 lemon slices. Pour the drink in it and top with some drinking soda.
3. Stir well and serve immediately.
