PULL APART SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BREAD
Ingredients
5-6 chicken sausages, sliced diagonally
80 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into small thick slices
100 grams sour dough bread
� cup melted butter
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
� teaspoon red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Method
1. Preheat oven at 180� C.
2. Make criss-cross incisions on the bread without cutting through. Stuff the spaces with mozzarella cheese slices and sausage slices alternatively. Place it on a baking tray.
3. Take butter in a bowl. Add garlic, parsley, chilli flakes, salt and mix well.
4. Drizzle the prepared herb-garlic butter on the prepared bread, cover with an aluminium foil, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake till cheese melts.
5. Serve immediately.
