Since quite sometime gossip mills were churning out rumours about Alia Bhatt playing the female lead in the sequel of Rock On!, but we were surprised when we learnt that Shraddha Kapoor has replaced Alia in this much talked about film, that has Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal and Purab Kohli, who were also there in the original hit cult franchise.
