Gandhi Jayanti worked wonders for the film in general and Akshay Kumar in particular. The opening day collection is best ever for him in his career of more than two decades. With 20.67 crore, it?s his highest opening grosser ever and the film only earned more money over the weekend. But Monday started to see a visible decline in collection which is still continuing. Wednesday took another dip and stood at 5.3 crore taking the total to 73.40 crore.
