CHEESE CORN RAWA WAFFLES Ingredients ½ cup grated Milky Mist mozzarella cheese ½ cup American corn kernels, boiled and crushed coarsely 1 cup coarse semolina (rawa) ¼ cup gram flour 6 tablespoons yogurt Salt to taste ½ teaspoon cumin seeds A pinch of asafoetida 2 green chillies, chopped 4-5 fresh coriander sprigs ¼ teaspoon soda bi-carbonate Oil for basting Method 1. Combine semolina, gram flour, yogurt, corn kernels, asafoetida, green chillies, soda bi-carbonate, cumin seeds, salt and sufficient water in a bowl to make a smooth batter. 2. Finely chop coriander and add to the batter and mix well. 3. Heat a waffle iron and brush with a little oil. Pour a little batter into the waffle iron and close the lid and let it cook for a minute. Open and sprinkle cheese on top and let it cook for half a minute. Similarly make more waffles. 4. Serve hot.
