ATTA BESAN LADDOO Ingredients ¼ cup whole wheat flour (atta) 1 cup gram flour (besan) ¾ cup ghee ¼ cup semolina ¼ cup pistachios, coarsely crushed ¼ cup cashewnuts, coarsely crushed ¼ cup almonds, coarsely crushed 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder A pinch nutmeg powder 1 cup powdered sugar Method 1. Heat ½ cup ghee in a non-stick pan. Add gram flour, mix and roast on medium heat till fragrant and golden. Transfer onto a plate and cool. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in another non-stick pan. Add wheat flour and roast till fragrant and brown. Transfer onto a plate and cool. 3. Similarly, roast semolina with remaining ghee in the same non-stick pan. 4. Combine the roasted flours into a bowl and mix. Add pistachios, cashewnuts, almonds, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix. Add sugar and mix well. 5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos. 6. Serve.
