SWEET LIME NANNARI DRINK (Serves 1) Ingredients 2 sweet limes Sweet lime slice for garnish 4-5 nannari root pieces crushed and soaked for 2-3 hours 9 measures Sugar Free Natura 3-4 ice cubes 1 tbsp soaked basil seeds (sabza) Method 1. Drain and add nannari pieces to a deep nonstick pan. Add 3 cups water Sugar Free Natura and cook till the mixtures reduces to half of it’s volume. Strain and allow to cool. 2. Halve and extract the juice from sweet limes. 3. Add ice cubes to individual glasses. Add 2 tbsps prepared extract and basil seeds. 4. Top up with sweet lime juice garnish with sweet lime slice and serve chilled.
