Chicken is an amazing source of protein and everyone's all-time favourite dish but from these two recipes which one you are gonna try? It will be too hard to choose we would suggest trying both of them! 0:00 Intro 0:06 Hara Bhara Chicken Kebab Ingredients 1 cup chicken mince 2 tbsps oil + for deep frying 1 tbsps chopped garlic 1 tbsps chopped ginger 2 green chillies chopped 1 medium onion chopped ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp coriander powder ¼ tsp cumin powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste 4 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves 2 medium potato boiled peeled and mashed 1 small bunch of spinach leaves blanched and chopped 2 tbsps green peas boiled and crushed salt to taste ½ tsp chaat masala 3-4 tbsps cornstarch Onion rings for serving Lemon wedges for serving Green chutney for serving Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan add garlic ginger green chillies and sauté for a minute. 2. Add onion and sauté on medium heat till it translucent. Add chicken mince red chilli powder coriander powder cumin powder turmeric powder salt and sauté on high heat 3-4 minutes reduce the heat and mix well. Cook till the chicken is cooked completely and the mixture is dry. 3. Add 2 tbsps chopped coriander and sauté for a minute. Set aside for cool down. 4. Take potato spinach remaining chopped coriander green peas salt chaat masala cornstarch and mix well in a bowl. 5. Heat sufficient oil in non-stick kadai. Apply oil on the palms of the hands. Take a Portion of potato mixture make a cavity and stuff a portion of the chicken mixture. Seal the edges and shape it into patties. 6. Coat the prepared patties with cornstarch and deep-fry kebabs till golden brown. Drain on absorbed paper. 7. Serve hot with onion rings lemon wedges and green chutney. 1:47 Ramen Crusted Chicken Ingredients 250 grams boneless chicken breasts 200 grams ramen noodles crushed 1 tbsp garlic paste ½ tsp stock seasoning ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp onion powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley leaves 2 eggs beaten Refined flour for coating Tomato ketchup to serve Method 1. Thinly slice the chicken breasts lengthwise and transfer into a bowl. Add garlic paste stock seasoning paprika onion powder salt and chopped parsley. Mix well and set aside for 10-15 minutes. 2. Take eggs in a bowl and take plain flour in a plate. Take crushed noodles in a plate. 3. Roll each piece of chicken in refined flour dip it egg and coat it with crushed noodles. Set aside. 4. Heat sufficient oil in a wok deep fry chicken pieces in the hot oil till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. 5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
