Delicious rice noodles for a lovely dinner by Family Food Tales. COMBINATION RICE-NOODLES Ingredients 1½ cups cooked Basmati rice 100 grams boiled noodles 150 grams boneless chicken cut into thin strips 2 tbsps oil ½ tbsp finely chopped ginger 1½ tbsps finely chopped garlic 2-3 spring onion bulbs thinly sliced 2-3 French beans diagonally cut into 1 inch pieces 1 small carrot peeled and cut into thin strips ½ small red capsicum cut into thin strips ½ small yellow capsicum cut into thin strips ½ small green capsicum cut into thin strips Salt to taste ½ cup thinly shredded cabbage 1 tsp chicken stock cube powder 2-3 tbsps schezwan sauce Method 1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger and garlic and mix well. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add spring onion bulbs and sauté for a few seconds. 2. Add chicken and sauté on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add French beans carrot and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add red capsicum yellow capsicum green capsicum and continue to sauté for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add salt cabbage and mix well. Add chicken stock cube powder and mix till well combined. Add noodles and toss well. Add rice schezwan sauce and toss till well combined. 4. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
