Hereâ??s a Sweet dish thatâ??s easy to make, watch this video to find out the recipe for Karachi Halwa KARACHI HALWA Ingredients 1 cup semolina (suji/rawa), soaked overnight ½ cup clarified butter (ghee) ½ cup chopped mixed dry fruits + for garnishing ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon pineapple essence ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder Method 1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add dry fruits and sauté till golden. 2. Add semolina, mix and sauté well. Add little water and sugar. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add pineapple essence and cardamom powder, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. Garnish with dry fruits and serve warm.
