VEGAN CHAAS
Ingredients
½ cup vegan yogurt
15-20 curry leaves
½ green chilli
1 tsp roasted cumin powder + for garnish
Rock salt (senda namak) to taste
Chopped fresh coriander for garnish
Method
1. Add vegan yogurt, curry leaves, green chilli, roasted cumin powder, rock salt, ½ cup water and blend well.
2. Add 1½ cups water and blend again till well combined. Transfer into serving glass, garnish with roasted cumin powder and chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
