Watch this video to learn the recipe of the easy to make and yummy to taste Cherry Cheese Pineapple Cigars. CHERRY CHEESE PINEAPPLE CIGARS Ingredients ¼ cup chopped tinned cherries ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese ½ cup chopped tinned pineapple 12-16 samosa pattis 7-8 fresh mint leaves 1 tablespoon refined flour Oil for deep-frying Method 1. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. 2. Combine cheese, pineapple and cherries in a bowl and mix well. Tear mint leaves and add. Mix well. 3. Mix flour with little water to make a thick paste. 4. Place samosa pattis on a worktop and dampen with some water. Place a portion of prepared mixture on one end, apply flour paste on the edges and roll into cigars. 5. Deep-fry the cigars till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. 6. Serve hot garnished with a mint sprig.
