COFFEE SLUSH - (Serves - 4) Ingredients ¼ cup coffee powder 1½ tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 15-20 ice cubes 1 cup fresh cream Method 1. Take coffee powder in a bowl. Add ¼ cup hot water, sugar and vanilla essence and mix till sugar melts. 2. Blend together ice cubes, cream and coffee decoction to make a smooth mixture. 3. Serve chilled.
