CINNAMON APPLE TEA
Ingredients:
2 red apples
1cup apple juice
4 inch cinnamon sticks + for garnish
2 inch ginger sliced
2 tbsps tea leaves
4 tbsps sugar
Method:
1. Deseed and chop the apple into thick slices and set aside.
2. Heat 1 cup water in a sauce pan. Add apple juice cinnamon and ginger and bring the mixture to boil.
3. Add some of the sliced apple and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tea leaves and mix well.
4. Add sugar and mix well continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add remaining apple slices in serving cups and pour the prepared tea.
6. Place a cinnamon stick in each cup and serve hot.
