CHOCOLATE PANCAKE BOMBS Ingredients ¼ cup Nutralite Choco Spread + as required 1½ cups refined flour (maida) ½ tsp baking soda ¼ cup castor sugar 1½ cups milk 2 eggs 2 tbsps yogurt Melted Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread for greasing + to drizzle 1 tsp vanilla extract Method 1. Take refined flour in a bowl. Add baking soda and mix well. 2. Add castor sugar 1 cup milk and mix well. 3. Break eggs one by one and add to the mixture. 4. Add Nutralite Choco Spread yogurt and mix well. 5. Add remaining milk and mix well. 6. Heat a paniyaram mould. Grease with Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread. 7. Add vanilla extract to the batter and mix well. 8. Pour a spoonful of batter in each dent cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Drizzle some more Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread. Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Allow to cool 9. Fill some Nutralite Choco Spread in a piping bag fitted with plain nozzle. 10. Pipe the spread in bombs and pack in the tiffin.
